Terms of Service

These terms apply to services provided by Outecsion. A signed proposal or order confirmation sets out the specific scope, timeline and price for each project.

Payments

One-time projects are billed 50 percent upfront and 50 percent on delivery. Monthly services are billed at the start of each month. Advertising spend is paid directly by the client to the ad platform and is never included in our fees.

Ownership

Once paid in full, the client owns final deliverables, including design source files. Ad accounts, pixels and analytics properties always remain in the client’s name.

Results

Marketing results depend on many factors outside our control. We commit to the agreed scope, honest reporting and best-practice execution, not to guaranteed rankings, leads or sales.
