Services

The scope, deliverables and fees for each engagement are confirmed in a written proposal or invoice before work begins. Package descriptions on this website are summaries and may be adjusted to your requirements.

Advertising budgets

Advertising management fees do not include media spend. Ad budgets are paid by the client directly to the advertising platforms. Results from advertising depend on many factors outside our control and are not guaranteed.

Payments and cancellation

Monthly retainers are billed in advance and can be cancelled with 30 days’ written notice. Project fees are billed as agreed in the proposal. Work already delivered is non-refundable.

Ownership

On full payment, you own the final deliverables created for you, including logos, designs, copy and website files. Ad accounts, pixels and analytics properties remain yours at all times.
